Description
A contemporary abstract landscape in rich turquoise, deep blue and green tones, inspired by water, distant shores and changing light. Expressive texture and layered colour create depth, movement and a sense of calm energy. I was drawn to the contrast between these colours and the lighter passages that suggest distant water, land and shifting light. I wanted to capture the feeling of being somewhere open and expansive, where the landscape is felt rather than literally described. Painted on a premium Winsor &Newton canvas, known for its fine texture and archival quality. Finished with a satin varnish that enhances depth and protects the surface. Mounted on a solid professional stretcher frame, ensuring stability and elegant presentation.
